The CENTRIAN (CMTS) solution has been engineered as the first communications solution that provides high speed internet services between surface and underground using MRS proven leaky feeder cable technology. The sophisticated CENTRIAN (CMTS) solution allows for use of both VHF portable radios and Voice over IP handsets. The CENTRIAN (CMTS) solutions distinct features allow wireless “hot spots” to be deployed strategically anywhere a leaky feeder cable is installed.
The CENTRIAN (CMTS) solution works seamlessly with the MRS HELIAN Underground Safety solution for personnel and other assets using RFID monitoring and management technology. The cable modems provide advanced access to voice over IP, video over IP, and Ethernet data applications for control and monitoring of pumps, fans, sensors and hand held communications devices. The CENTRIAN (CMTS) solution provides operators with real time mission critical data transfer from assets and machinery that are underground using unrivaled internet capabilities.
